You all know by now that I go crazy for pumpkin this time of year. From enchiladas to cookies, it’s one of my fav veggies to cook with during the fall and winter months. But it’s time to talk about pumpkin’s gorgeous twin sister: butternut squash.
One of the main reasons I get excited about this season is because of all of the cozy, delicious ways to cook with butternut squash. In fact, I have over 20 butternut squash recipes that just so happen to be some of my favorite recipes on the blog.
Just like with pumpkin and even sweet potato, you can use butternut squash to make both sweet and savory recipes that are perfectly hearty and have that incredible, naturally sweet flavor to them.
