  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 teaspoons dill pickle juice
  • 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 clove garlic (grated)

I recommend leaving the homemade remoulade in the fridge for 1 or 2 hours after you mix it together. This time gives the ingredients a chance to wake up and mingle, resulting in a well-rounded, full-bodied flavor.
